Regulation regarding the free return service

Canceling the purchase is a free service offered to customers of Oti General Trading SRL, a commercial company with limited liability, organized according to Romanian law, with headquarters in Bucharest, sector 3, Bd. Theodor Pallady no. 51, Calculation Center Building, Floor 1, registered at the Trade Register with no. J40/3412/2010, tax registration number RO26728203.

Through this service, Oti Shop customers can return products purchased on the otishop.ro website free of charge within 14 calendar days , according to the Return Terms and Conditions provided in these Regulations.

This service does not affect the right of withdrawal provided by GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, for contracts concluded at a distance.

Customers who cancel the purchase, requesting the return of a product, will obey the rules of this Regulation, accepting it in full.

Oti Shop customers are the direct beneficiaries of this free service.

They can be individuals or legal entities that purchased products from otishop.ro.

How can you return the products purchased on otishop.eu?

Products bought on otishop.ro can be returned within 14 calendar days:

  • by completing the Return Form displayed on the website in the section Information about purchases accessible from the user account of the website https://otishop.eu/account or
  • unequivocal statement in which the buyer expresses his decision to withdraw from the contract, the receipt of which will be confirmed (email).

The term of 14 calendar days is calculated from the delivery date of the product purchased on otishop.ro; in the case of an order containing several products, the term of 14 calendar days is calculated from the date of delivery of the last product in the order.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without having to justify the decision and without incurring any other costs.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do it in a store.

You bear the responsibility for any possible diminution in the value of the products, if following the verification of the conformity, properties and functionality of the products it is proven that this devaluation was caused by improper handling by you.

Conditions relating to the returned product

It is recommended that the returned product be in the same condition in which it was purchased or delivered:

  • Have all components and accessories;
  • The product must be returned safely, as far as possible in the original packaging to avoid damage during handling and/or transport.

Products that are not accepted for return

  • Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, mechanical or electrical shocks. Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.
  • If several products of the same model have been purchased, returns are accepted only if only one has been unsealed or unpacked;
  • If a product from a promotional package is returned, the difference between the basic price and the promotional price of the returned product will be returned.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

The consumer informs Oti General Trading SRL about the decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the Return Form available on the otishop.eu website.

For the products for which the return request was made through the Return Form on the website, within a maximum of 1 hour from the transmission of the notification, the buyer will receive by e-mail details regarding the submitted request. Communication with the customer will be done in writing to the email address with which the initial order was made. The amount related to the return will be returned by bank transfer.

Oti General Trading SRL will issue a cancellation invoice with the value resulting from the evaluation and will reimburse the customer the respective amount of money, including the initial delivery costs if they were borne by the buyer.

The return amount, which appears on the reversal tax invoice, will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method. If the order payment was made with a bank card, the refund will be made by the same payment method within 3 days at most from the date on which Oti General Trading SRL takes possession of the returned product, but no more than 14 calendar days from the moment Oti General Trading SRL is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

How long will it take for us to refund your return?

Reimbursement will be made in no more than 3 days from the date on which Oti General Trading SRL takes possession of the returned product, but no more than 14 calendar days from the moment when Oti General Trading SRL is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract .

Reimbursement of the amounts for the online return will be made no later than 3 days from the date on which Oti General Trading SRL takes possession of the returned product, but no more than 14 calendar days from the moment when Oti General Trading SRL is informed of the withdrawal decision from the consumer's contract.

The day on which the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract will not be taken into account when calculating the term, and if the last day of the term is a non-working day, Oti General Trading SRL will extend the term accordingly.

Processing of personal data for the purpose of making the return

If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the return conditions mentioned above, the employees of Oti General Trading SRL will proceed to draw up the applicable financial-accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions (return/advance invoice, provision for compensation, provision of payment, receipt). The data required for the preparation of the above-mentioned documents refer to: name, surname, domicile, series and no. CI, bank account, as applicable. We will use personal data for the purpose of drawing up financial-accounting documents, according to the legal provisions in force. If you do not wish to provide this data, the return of the products is not possible even if they fall within the return conditions presented above, as we cannot comply with tax legislation.

Costs and special fees for canceling the purchase : all costs are borne by Oti General Trading SRL

Oti General Trading SRL may refuse to cooperate with consumers who have abused the right to cancel the purchase. Their notification will be made prior to the imposition of restrictions on the sale of products or services.


Product warranty

Unless otherwise specified, products are guaranteed for 30 days. During this period we will replace the product or refund the money within 14 days of the customer's notification and verification of the product's manufacturing defect by Oti. The transport costs in the case of a non-conforming product produced due to Oti's fault are borne by it.

To benefit from the warranty, the products must have been used according to the purpose for which they were made.
